Mercy by Jodi Picoult
Cameron MacDonald, a police chief in a small Massachusetts's life has to make one of the toughest arrests in his police chief career. His cousin Jamie ends up going to him and confesses that he has killed his terminally sick wife.
This same day, a woman named Mia appears up in Allie's flower shop, Picture Perfect. Allie ends up hiring Mia for help in her shop. Through out Jamie's murder trial, Cameron is stressed with the event of Jamie is his family and he is starting to get "involved" with the newcomer Mia.
This book circles around Allie, Jamie, Cameron, and Mia. This book is seriously a page turner and you won't want to put it down.
