less Homework
In the article “We Need Less Homework,” written by Aidan Robinson, I felt extremely relieved that other students can relate to being very stressed over homework. Aidan Robinson said in her article, “Homework was a massive struggle for me.” I think that seventy-five percent of students can agree with that statement; I am a part of that percentage and can relate to this for sure. Waking up at six in the morning is terrible, especially when you only get four hours of sleep, due to late night studying or homework. All students want to do is go straight to bed after practice or other school related-events. I see this happening all the time! She also writes, “Sleep deprivation has become the relative norm.” My fellow classmates sometimes will be up all night working to finish that huge project or research paper. Most kids are so busy after school that they don’t have time to work on homework right away!
