The Joshua Project
Cold snow reflects bright light from blue full moon.
He howls loudly through the dark of the night.
He runs In circles and he’s lost too soon.
Now hiding all alone he waits for morning light.
Quite shy but strong he leads the loyal pack.
Forgetful unaware he hides outside.
So anxiously he waits for the attack.
Though fast and sloppy doesn’t hurt his pride.
Alone through lengthy days, his pack at dark.
His anger now replaced for need of food.
Creative to a fault, he leaves his mark.
Distracted by his life his work is crude.
Speckled scars show of proof of his pain.
Avoiding life where there’s so much to gain.
