Panic
Heartbeat pounds painfully
leaving a deepening ache,
tingles shoot down arms and legs aimlessly,
leaving numbness in its wake.
Vision flickers with colorful dots
as lungs fill with liquid panic,
stomach is twisted into knots
by some manic lunatic.
All feeling is choked into nothing,
while the mouth is coated in cotton barbs,
the painc becomes all too consuing,
in other words,
everything fades
untill only pains remains.
