A day three months away
May twenty sixth is the glorious day,
When we will walk and strut across the stage, We will leave behind our books by the bay, And accept our diploma with outrage.
The time has come to put it all to rest,
Four more months of torture and much abuse. Goodbye to greasy food and chapter tests,
So long to waking up and hitting snooze.
But if I had to look back once again,
I would miss the time of laughs and delight, The unity that is rare to obtain,
And yearn for that one day we reunite.
We must accept that college is now here,
Adulthood and real life is very near
