A Lover's Dream
I see a boy with a full head of hair
Our eyes have not met before but, I’m charmed
He nears to me in the halls looking fair
A seductive smile has come and alarmed
My lover then pops the question to me
He proposes a night out in the town
My heart starts to race with such pride and glee
If all goes well, we'll be a forever
After some time well spent, big things happen
He gives a necklace with his initial
This is a sign that there’s no misshapen
It shows I’m his and that we’re official
All’s fair in love and war, but we’re peaceful
Bells maybe heard and I will be thankful
