Memories
I believe I have a good memory
Photographic, visual, audio
And yet, I lack the one I want the most
That, is the sensational memory
To see, to hear, to taste, but not to feel
Is something that I so deeply resent
I can remember most everything
Scraping my knees up just about three times
The stinging of bees, feared from here on out
Dancing in heels at one o’clock AM
But I suppose feeling is not needed
The past is filled with out great memories
The present is now, but flutters away
But the future holds our finest moments
