"Those who deny the darkness in their hearts, are the ones who fall deeper into it."

For God so loved the world He gave His only begotten son
Believe me that was a horrific waste
I wish Jesus would have run
Go, get away, and make haste
To give up Your flesh and body for the sins of humanity
And no one cared to make a fuss
Well right now the world is a calamity
And it is all because of us
Sorry to say, but to some, You died for nothing
Ignore their prayers, shut Your door
They all want something
But they don’t care about You anymore
As the people talk I try to say
You will be back to judge us one atory day

To love is to be vulnerable; Triumph is born out of struggle; We notice shadows most when they stand alone in the midst of overwhelming light.

That's me. Making what seems like weird connections to some people, to stuff that have connections somehow, if that makes sense.

Very true...that He will be back to judge, one day. Most of the world didn't make a fuss, when He gave us His flesh and blood...some of us did though...but Him dying helped us, in a way I can't really explain. It's true though, what you said in your poem. He died for all of us, but for some...I guess He died...for nothing...but He didn't die for nothing. I thought your poem is really great, very full of emotion, but I've said this before in your other poems...I think your poem is just facing the dark side, if you want me to be honest...but it's still amazing. I don't know how, but this quote just popped in my head, when I read your poem. "Nothing is nothing. Speak again." Shakespeare. Somehow, there was a connection...thanks for sharing your heart.
