Of Stars and Pearls

Do not tell me who you are
Your name is but a dimming star
In contrast to the stunning light
Of good and bad, of wrong and right;

For names are but the oyster shell
To envelope where souls do dwell;
Protect? And yet, how many pearls
Can ever fly into the world?

Do not tell me who you are
Your name is but a dimming star

The poem has a really good flow to it.  Nice work on it! :)
