They're At It Again
They're at it again
Clock strikes ten, eleven
Another night
Another hungry day.
This time there's shouting
And crying.
They're at it again
Not involved
Yet pained.
Silent yet scarred.
I'm crumbling from inside
Trying to block out the sounds
Unable to take a stand
Confused, tired and helpless.
They're at it again.
