Beauty as divine as life and splendor
Denied by that same beauty, I remain
Sit upon a pedestal forever
To show you my adornment, I refrain
Simple pleasure divinity now numb
Salty tears now the only thing I taste
As I think of you my heart feels numb
On our fruitless affair my love doth waste
My raging emotions crashing like the sea
The crashing sea enticed by the pal moon
The pale moon reflects only your beauty
Oh please let your moon calm my raging soon
Now I see the only way to be free
I sink deep and drown, in my caging sea
