lifes will to us all

An old, torn heart wasting away
a baby cries for his mothers sweet hands
children lie in hunger every day
fire spreads across the gruesome of land
a toddler laughs at her fathers silly face
our soldier symbolizes faith above
a black church choir sings amazing grace
peace & freedom are born into a white dove
a magical love becomes part of two
a hate so dark it sets two so far
a child loses faith because of you
a bond so strong it leaves a deep scar
just remember god will never lose faith
he promised to keep us forever safe
