Once Lost Now Found
We were destined to this friendship of ours,
This friendship that blossomed through centuries,
What once was a tree, now lemons so sour,
a friendship so pure to lost memories.
Why should it have such an ending like this?
An ending shattering our mended hearts.
Your peace and harmony is what I’ll miss,
Our souls and spirits will now be apart.
Now without you who will become my guide?
No one to reach out to, to make it through.
My putrefying soul rotting inside.
Your bright light will show me the path to you.
Now from this darkness the light has been found,
And now soul with soul we stand on this ground.
