Where Am I? MAG

Where am I? Enchanting Ariel's seas,
Ingesting delish treats with Fairy Queen,
With hungry Winnie chasing after bees,
Or dancing deep in distant forest green?

Shhh, are those the seven Dwarfs I hear,
Or Snow White singing bliss in peaceful song?
The magic mirror brings cold dangers near;
The witch and poisoned apple move along.

Vengeance, hatred, spite, and plot,
Under joy and friendship, are sinking,
Against such ardent love the cruel wins not,
And my world concludes in happy ending.

To Grimm and Andersen I lift the veils;
I yearn for words and live in fairy tales.

Beautiful... A poem that reminds that this is something I yearn for too...

I am so in love with this sonnet. Definitely the best I've read so far. The flow was very good and the rhyme scheme was well carried out and didn't feel forced. It's very good!

Nowhere's now here smelling of junipers.

Truly, this is one amazing piece. So much so that I now make my first comment on TeenInk in honour of it!

The fluidity captured me in this tight composition. :)

Ahah , great job ! You did wonderfully on this sonnet . Your message truly shone through , and all that stuff . But more than anything , it was beautifully composed and showed who you are as a poet . Kudos to you for writing this , and writing it so well ! (:

The truth is that at some point, everyone's going to hurt you. You just have to decide who's worth the pain.

Some say having something to lose is what makes you vulnerable. I believe that having something to lose only makes you stronger.

This really is adorable - I love all of it, and you get huge extra points because of all these things we treasured as kids. I want to run with pooh and eat too much honey, sing with the dwarfs, and laugh with the funny, fall in love with the prince and sail off to happily ever after in a hurry. :)
