father
Nobody understands,
why you always demand.
That we control,
our emotional turmoil.
Oh dad nobody can understand your pain.
When you pull us into your insanity,
Whilst always using profanity.
You never seem to comprehend,
that you will meet a bitter end .
that destroys our only family.
Oh, dad we try to understand your pain
Because of the calamity,
We can officially say,
that today is the day.
When we have the official choosing,
because your body, you keep abusing.
Oh, dad I try to take away your pain.
I am baffled how you still survive,
for food you have been deprived.
I swear you will someday die,
with only just a blink of an eye.
My mom is no longer more,
For this is not what I asked for.
My world turned upside down,
if this continues our house will be a ghost town.
Oh, dad we see you shriveled up, hurting, a shell of your former self.
I wish for only one single thing,
that you take back the wedding ring.
For gods and everyones sake,
I do not know how much more I can take.
I do think this is redundant,
for the options that you have is abundant.
You bash your head against a wall,
hoping that it will fall.
In the back of your own head,
where you always have dread.
You know your resistance is futile,
though you know the answers brutal.
that doesn’t mean it always has an end
Life is full of infinite bends.
Never give up dad
