If I had been just a little quicker,
I wouldn't be here, drinking hard liquor,
I saw her take a step to the edge and certain death,
And then, she jumped; I never saw her dying breath,
If she was back, I look at her with a glare,
Saying "Why don't you come back, don't you care?"
