Hope You're Happy
After all this time
all I can say
is that I hope
you're happy
After all you
put me through
all I know
is that I'm not happy
You pulled my strings and
made me sing
of love and adoration
But all you really wanted
was to burn my sense of
direction
I was lost, alone
no one there to hold
I was scared, and scarred
of the darkness that still brewed
And all I say
now
is I hope you're happy
And all that matters now
is that you're happy
I guess no one cares
I guess nobody sees
the girl behind the man
who cries and softly sings
I hope you're happy
I hope you're happy
I hope you're happy
with yourself
