I’d write about love
Till my fingers hurt
Till these pages were full
Till I was nothing but dirt
I’d write about love
Because happiness it brings
Because it fills your heart
Because it’s a lovely thing
I’d write about love
To make you believe
To tell you a story
So you’re not so naïve
I won’t write about love
Instead I might shout
I can’t really write something
I know nothing about
