Why is it that when we hear that phrase
It replays
Over and over again
Like an echo of doom
I can't see it

Chorus: For me here here we go again means
Seeing the light
Letting my wings take flight
No giving in
No letting the enemy win

Sometimes you have to step into the dark
In order to catch the prize
You can't believe your eyes
Surprise!
I'm black and blue in determination
Trying to lead a new nation
Giving my own education
