You trade your vows
declare your love
you'll be together-forever
and then life gets rough
A few months and you're fightin'
takes hard work to just start tryin'
but he kisses you after the storm
says,"our love is worth fighting for"

The author's comments:
I wrote this because I can't believe how fast time goes by. Just yesterday, it seems, my little sister was runnin' around in diapers and singing Hilary Duff... and now she's on her way to Freshman homecoming and she walked down in a strapless dress and some make up... while it was awesome and I was so happy for her, I just realized that she's growing up and I don't want to miss anymore. In two years, I'm moving out and then I'll realize just how much I'll miss her...

I just hope anyone who reads this cherishes what they have cause'... you're gonna miss this... this moment, this time in your life.

This reminds me of the country song you're gonna miss this by Trace Adkins; it might be some other singer in country but i think it's trace adkins

This is amazing, and so true. All of your work has amazing depth. I'm going through this right now. It's so strange looking back, and thinking hopw much you've grown. I think we have a lot in common by your home page..lol. . Do you like country music?

hmmm IDK. i like country but then again...i love music like Demi Lovato and Hilary Duff and Selena and then that ranges to Good Charlotte, Green Day...and then it ranges to 80's and 90's like Joan Jett and stuff like that :) haha i can't decide a favorite. Maybe Pop or ROCK??? idk lol

hby??? haha sry I'm a music lover so it doesn't matter what I'm listening to haha

yes and no. lol i listened to the song for the first time and then I looked up and saw my sister walking down the hall in a dress for her freshman dance. i got all teary eyed like a dork :) and was like, "whoa she's growing up way too fast." and so i wrote a song about it. :) but i do like trace adkins in that song. but um yeah...i wrote this one awhile ago. Teaches you life goes by way too fast.

I'm glad you like it though! :) Do you listen to country music?
