through out the days
of our old school
i watched you
curious of who you are
that could be my biggest mistake
or the only thing i've done right so far

your the one who got away
i held my grip
you took me through a trip
my heart in a whirl
i addicted to you
reasons too many to say
but your the one who got away
and i want you again...today

last summer i took control
got you in my arms
walked you home and talked
endlessly through the night
your humor for gore and violence
matched mine
maybe this is love?

well you stopped talking after awhile
i didn't try to save us

and i was fine
til the months past
and old feelings rose
jealousy took over mainly
i hated every guy you dated
and tried to let go of you
but some how i wouldn't
or maybe i couldn't

my heart in a whirl
i addicted to you
reasons too many to say

and i want you again...today

i want you back and thats a fact
if your happy with him
i understand perfectly
but if not
take my hand
and let's runaway....
today....
