Bubbly Disgrace
they say girls like me are dangerous
give you all my blue blood and bubbly air.
show you more than the planets beyond, farther than our world ever could.
i’ll be the brightest light in your canopied little world
love you so much that you’ll have two hearts.
show you things you’ve never felt, open up your world
your black heart will blossom with pink
give you more than the planets beyond, more than our world can.
give you all my blue blood and bubbly air.
you’ll be so happy, you won’t even notice me on my deathbed.
when i have no more blood left and no more oxygen to breath or give,
ill take my heart back and you'll be crying without the two-hundred percent that you're used to.
girls like me are dangerous,
leaving behind what is left,
of the boys missing their doses of a bubbly, little poison.
i’ll show you the stars and the moon,
show you my blood.
bite into your skin like a snake and show you butterflies
run around with you in the pouring rain.
kiss my colorless lips,
on my blood drained face
ill take you to the grey abandoned mansion to conspire with my demons
watch as your blood orange stained cheeks flush
then ill leave you to go to the roof to scream.
i heard girls like me are dangerous,
searching for what we can’t find,
giving what we can,
taking or leaving what’s left

I wrote this after a tough break up, feeling like everything I did was never enough. That maybe I could love someone and give them everything, but when things go wrong it's just my fault since I'm restless and indesisive. I think though, for the people out there like me who give everything and recieve less, the world will have its way of giving back everything you gave.
