Do you remember that day?

When we first met outside of that beautiful cafe,

The memories you left engraved inside my mind,

I’ll never be able to forget,

Although it hurts to think about it,

I still want them to be there,

I remember the way you smiled at me

Your laughter that held me wanting to stay,

But you were gone when I needed you,

You left so suddenly,

I thought you grew to hate me,

It was a mistake for me to love you

I searched for you everyday and everynight,

Wanting to apologize for anything that I have done.

Though I knew you wouldn’t forgive me,

I gave in my everything just to find you

As I was about to give up,

I finally received the news,

You weren’t just gone from my sight,

You were gone forever.

But you disappeared so soon,

You left so early,

I thought you hated me,

It was my mistake for me to think that way.

I’ve been selfish these past years,

Thinking that this love was only one-sided,

Now that I have found out,

Everything becomes so clear.

But you’re no longer here with me,

Only in my memories and in my heart,

to this day I still wonder,

Do you love me, just as much as I love you?
