The Ugandan Creature

My Background, is somewhat yellow,
It makes me feel as free as Jello.
In the middle, people may have their snickers or chuckles,
Because it is none other than Ugandan Knuckles.
Ugandan Knuckles, the creature of the east,
Is allergic to all kinds of plants and yeasts.
When driving around my town, Ugandan Knuckles
Likes to make sure people wear their seat buckles.
