Volleyball
The one sport I love.
I never thought it would be this way,
but when push comes to shove,
volleyball clears my mind everyday.
I live for hitting the ball with great force,
while teammates look on in awe.
I've acquired the leg strength of a horse
and the stamina of an ox.
As I struggle to not touch the net,
I focus with everything I have.
All my other worries, I forget;
it acts like a salve.
Every time I step on the court,
I fall more and more in love.
Compared to any other sport,
volleyball is definitely above.
