They say this is the best time
How can they be right?
When all I feel is confused
They say one day I will understand
Or is it one day I will forget?
Have they all forgotten?
How can you forget what it is to be lost?
Spending everyday just as confused as the day before
Lost in translation between the adult world
And the world of our childhood
We stand on the edge of our dreams
With fear and uncertainty pushing us away
Like they did to generations before us
The world tries to keep us silent
As we speak our own language
We live lost in translation
