If I could be skinny
maybe someone would like me,

I don't want to look like Paris Hilton
Who is nothing but a skeleton

I would break at the knees
and fly away when I sneeze,

If I could be skinny
maybe I could be trendy,
But then again...
Styles are suddenly made
and then I would look cliched,

If I could be skinny
maybe I could be a model,
But then again...
I could be labeled as snooty
and I would always wonder, "Is this really beauty?"

I'm so sick and tired of people being put under the microscope and judged based on being a certain size. Not being a size -3 (exaggeration) means that your body is unacceptable in the public eye. Our vision of beauty is so distorted. *Models who may read this: I know that being snooty is a stereotype and not all models are like that.
