Qualities
I am suppose to look up to you, but I am always looking down.
Front row seats your suppose to stand up for me, but you act like your not even around.
Why are you blinded when everyone else can see.
Not only the pain I take, but what’s happening to me.
He walks all over you and drags me behind.
Are you blind or do you just don’t mind?
I stand in front of you with tears pouring from my eyes.
All you do is ask for reasons and whys.
You don’t care if its unfair, but I fear that I want to leave here.
Thoughts that say all this could go away.
See what you’ve done to me, its bad I only have the guts to stay.
Little things are big to me, when you don’t help at all.
I’m losing hope in you, you’re not standing very tall.
I want to leave and never come back.
Not just from everything that’s happened, but the qualities you lack.
Even if its just cutting me slack or having my back.
