yes, it's called  a haiku. a haiku has 3 lines: 1st and 3rd lines have 5 syllables and the 2nd has 5 syllables.

When asked about race...

"Well, when I went to the bathroom I was Russian, and when I came out I was Finnish."

or, alternatively:

"Irish I could tell you."

What a lovely haiku! It expresses so much in so little.

"Listen to the screams a silent room makes"

This is so short (Haiku, duh!) and cute and splendid and I just love it and I really don't know why. Is just great. I like the use of the hyperbole, and how much you say by just mentioning cups of cofee.

^.^

personification is giving human life to an inanimate object. such as saying that the bag is sitting on the ground, it's not technically sitting, but yeah. so I don't think that this is it.

I didn't literally mean a thousand cups of coffee. It's called hyperbole.

The length bothers you? It's a haiku. Haikus are ONLY 17 syllables long. That's the point.

i'm not sure why but i don't particularly like this and it bothers me how short it is but the main idea of the poem is great
