Beneath blessed dirt
Whispers of lives lost, rise from
Where the bleached bones lie.


The author's comments:
If you can ever move past the gloom, graveyards are actually quite peaceful. It is where people are laid to rest after all. My imagination wanders through the tombstones, wondering what became of the souls lain below.
