It's Cold in Here
It’s cold in here.
The darkness,
The blackness surrounding,
The fear that if I move forward I might hurt myself,
The words drifting,
Everything drifting.
It’s cold in here.
Like a black ocean,
It’s deep and dark,
Or like dark crimson blood,
The difference cannot be determined
But it’s deep and dark.
And it’s cold in here.
It moves from thought to thought,
All a menace,
All evil,
But I can’t help myself,
Because it’s cold in here.
The overwhelming silence,
Of the blackness, and of the darkness,
Of the coldness in here,
I can feel like creeping,
The silence,
I can feel it stalking,
It’s coming,
And I will let it.
The silence, and the darkness, and the deep black sea,
It swallows me whole,
And I disappear once again.
Because it’s cold in here.
Inside my head, it is cold in here.
