You sit there as my life disintegrates away
Tick-tock tick-tock
Every second, every minute, every hour, and every day
You hear tick-tock coming from your clock
The second hand talks to me
The minute hand sings to me very slowly
Every hour the clock hand says something to me
Your clock is a worthy soldier
he goes up to sixty and restarts
your clock is like a human that turned sixty and is reborn
Oh how lucky you must be
You tell me when to wake up and when to sleep
Even if the hands reverse your spirit goes forward
Time, you are in many forms
Digital or even the old fashion clock
Sometimes you go on my wrist fitting my perfect circumference
The clocks and watches are your soldiers and you are their king
The grandfather clocks are senior citizens telling your story
Kings die but you destroy reality
This is why you are the prodigy of our universe
