Without Him
We go in and out with the tides, you and I
We have done that now for quite some time
Time, a delicacy that is so fragile
My time with you, a stillness I can't describe
We shared so many moments together
Beautiful or broken, there could never be too many
Not a storm too treacherous we couldn't weather
No an intense my heart didn’t long for yours
Beyond love, there is a connection abundant
Like how the moon is magnetized to the ocean, that's like us
You and I could spend the rest of our lives like the moon and the sea
Although separation is inevitable, my intuition assures me
No matter how far we drift, we'll find each other again
