Hungry Mr. Leaf

If you give a leaf some sunshine,
He’ll want some water to go with it.
And once he gets the water,
He’ll need some energy.
And once he find the energy,
He’ll want to make some sugar.
Once the leaf gets the sugar,
He’ll want to store it.
Then night will come.
He will get so hungry
And eat all the stored sugar.
And when he eats all the stored sugar,
He’ll want some sunshine to make more.
