Dear friends,

I believe in love, I believe in might

but I'm beginning to lose my sight

of everyone around me, everyone near,

everyone who might be close to hear

that I'm losing myself, losing me

and not once have I been able to see.

My life is a different story, a different memory

and I feel as if I belong in a different century

that has what I feel, what I need

and not just something that brings me greed

but instead brings me happiness

unlike this feeling of unhappiness.

I thought I belonged in this world

but this world has whirled

and created something different

in this world of indifference

and made me push to leave,

made me push to grieve.
