You are
The thorn stuck in my thumb,
After walking through a field of roses
The red stain
On my fingertips
From picking off the petals
Loves me, Loves me not
A bouquet of flowers
Set gently
On my front porch
Roses,
Bright red
With lovely intentions
Loves me, Loves me not
We were the flame
That burned
Red hot
And grew
Until the whole world
burned.
