The Woodland Prince
He who wears a crown of bone
Reigns upon his woodland throne
In this kingdom of his own
He chases stars 'cross sylvan stone
He who has the golden eyes
Roams beneath his cobalt skies
When the moon at last will rise
He dances with the fireflies

This was intended to be a poem for a little project in school, and it is, but it became something I am/was very proud of, so I decided to share it here. I wrote this poem because I, once again, wanted to share my love for nature, however in a different way than usual for me. I hope this poem will help people appreciate beauty if/when they couldn't before!
