Please Come Back
One day I will be able to fly away
To leave without any worries any fears
I will spread my wings and go
You will see me again but not who I am
I will be the person you loved, and cared for
You will see me and walk past me like you did not know me
You will see me as nothing but a stranger
I will say hello and we will start from there
We will not know it is us but we will feel connected
Sadly the other me is no longer here to hold you
You must reconnect that ability to love me
I miss you yet I am here again to fix my mistakes
