If Only
Lies lie between the lines of each
"I miss you and I love you"
But the truth is in plain sight
If only I would open up my eyes
If only I would let the truth in
Guide me into the light that I always knew was there
But I gotten so used to the dark that my eyes adjusted
And I can see from afar
Love and lust
There's only one you can really trust
But they say "the eyes are the Windows to the soul"
But who knew they can be deceiving
Because they only mirror the fire that was always in mine
