Those who don’t know the struggle of wearing hearing aids.
They think of old people, screeching loudly about all the good things that happened “back in my day”.
They think of mutant freaks, demented and mutilated
They are wrong
We know all about the backstabbing whispers
and false smiles,
But we are quiet and timid
We are not weak idiotic aliens
But our voices are slain by your booming taunts
Yeah,
