freedom

this is my own poem
and i can do whatever i want.
so i don't need to listen to your rules.
i can start a new stanza
whenever i want to.
i don't need to capitalize
where i would usually need to.
and i don't need to rhyme
even if you want me to.
this is my own poem,
my own taste of freedom.
and my freedom wants you to leave.
so get out.
and close the door while you're at it.
i don't want my freedom to get distracted.
