Colors
With hunger killing you
You quench your thirst first,
For everything's blue
Till everything's dry.
You know you need colors,
True love and pure hatred,
Laughter and tears
Which may not bring you glorified honors.
If this ink was black,
My desk black,
Then my soul, my heart
And so would've been my life.
You know you need colors.
No one reads one's life
To find mere happiness,
One is inspired by the pain
Then learns to enjoy the rain.
Gulping down my voices,
Amplifying my unsaid thoughts
I write this as I realize
No one has loved if never fought.
