You've Made Me Contagious
You had used your perfection like an infection,
and it had spread to my lungs.
I am unable to breathe as my chest didn't heave,
As I tried to recollect our memories.
But they have faded from what we've created,
Maybe that is what was meant to be.
I cannot comprehend that my heart is unable to mend,
because you used to fix me every time.
Now you're away and I wish you had stayed,
But I couldn't blame you for being happy.
