Ant at Work
A tiny ant, so small and fearless,
hurries across the muddy ground.
He is behind schedule and must scurry.
He directs traffic, an army of ants,
straight to his house carrying many plants.
One ant pulls a pebble, another a kettle of corn.
Out pops another, carrying a feather.
“This will come in handy!”, he cries.
One by one, ants appear at his house.
He sighs with excitement.
All of this for me?
