Winter
To a millennial
Annoyance, don't want to drive, to cold can never get warm, a plethora road work, dangerous driving


To a gen Y
Riding snowmobiles, ice skating and downhill skiing, I see nature and possibility in the frost.


Summer


To a millennial
Fun, no responsibility, no stress, nice days, friends, sleeping in, doesn't last long enough


To a gen Y
Speed boats, sun tanning and summer siestas sizzle in the humid heat.


Fall


To a millennial
Sorrow winter is coming, leaves cover lawn, dark falls when the sun just rose.


To a gen Y
School begins session, students crawling out of beds as employees dread shorter days and fewer lake days.


Spring
To a millennial
Rain drops surround the house, nice weather after a lifetime of chills, so long to arrive and even quicker to vanish.


To a gen Y
Mud coats dogs’ paws as romantic walks bring back love’s happiness on Wisconsin’s trails.
