i dream
I dream that one day there
will be no worries,
no staying up late and thinking.
I dream that everybody can learn
to love and
not hate, using violence
as an escape.
I dream no one will have to
question a person's loyalty or honesty.
I dream that every race, religion, and gender
can learn to embrace
each others differences and similarities.
I dream that everybody will
be happy.
I dream that one day there will be
no crime.
I dream that people everywhere
will not be looked down upon or belittled
for discrimination will be behind us,
a thing of the past.
I dream that my dreams will
no longer be an idea, or dream,
or a goal,
but instead,
Reality.
