Bitter Crusts
I remember when
The problems were
The cakes and candies
One minute they are here
The other minute
They
Are
Gone

But then I G
So did my problems
I was then told
Change is good
But my problems turned sour
With bitter crusts and tangy insides
They are
Harder
To
Devour
I tried squeezing it into a glass
But
The glass
Shattered
Like crystals
I tried slicing it
But the consequences
Shot me in the eye with a BANG
I tried a million ways
But I still
Finished
At the beginning
My mom always said
When life gives you lemons
You make lemonade
So I did
My problems changed
Bitter crusts M

Into sweet summer sips
From tangy insides to sugary-crusted Sundays
Now my problems are like how I remembered them
Sweet.

I was inspired to do this because when I grew, my problems turned harder.
