A friend exists in my life,
Its name begins with B and ends with an L,
My friend has remained by my side all my childhood,
And to this day,
I spend approximately every hour available every day,
Working,
Beating on my craft,
It has taught me lessons,
An astonishing hardworking lifestyle,
However most significantly of all,
To never give up on my dreams,
I’ve learned an immeasurable amount of things about life,
All thanks to a great friend,
A BALL at my feet.

I was inspired to write this piece of poetry due to the huge amount of love I have for football(soccer). I needed a place to show my feellings towards the game and I chose writing to write it all down.
