My heart aches
and my soul tears showing the wounds of love
Love the wretched concept
that makes me question all of my chioces
Love the shattered glass
and acid road I walk down
Love the thing
that's wearing down my soul
Sometimes I ask myself
if love is worth this ?
Worth feeling confused
Worth all of the pain
Worth what is lost
Is there a scale to tell when we've lost enough?
I sigh and try to shake these thoughts
Thoughts that like chains weigh me down
I try to live on ... dispite this one sided love
