Gone.
what in the world would i do
If i didn't have you
Crying in the shower
Screaming out it was dire
Didn't think this pain could devour
What my mind thought was true
Doubled over bleeding from deep
This killed me
I'd do anything
Anything at all for you
Never wishing that pain
Or the tears that surely fall
On this wounded soul of mine
What in the world would I do
To keep this pain away
Some drink it down
Others cut it out
Lite a cigarette
Maybe a match
Hang a rope in the living room
This didn’t kill me
But my scars show the story
My body is a map
For those who seek me
I may be tapped in four walls
A solid skin prison
But love never fear
I'll wait for you where
X marks the spot
